Notes & Rulings
- • (07/08/2026) Characters that enter a player's huddle after Buddy Up has already resolved, will still gain the ACT ability from Buddy Up. The Character does not have to be in your huddle when Buddy Up resolves in order to gain the new ACT ability.
- • (01/26/2025) If a continuous environmental effect causes penguins to loose abilities such as Silent Snow Globe
, this effect does NOT layer above it because it's a continuous effect. If a non-continuous effect causes penguins to loose abilities, such as Bearish Sentiment
and Buddy Up is played afterwards, then that penguin does gain "ACT _F_: Choose a Penguin and flop it"
