Notes & Rulings
- • (03/27/2025) If Popcorn Penguin is iced by another start of action time trigger it's trigger still goes on the trigger stack. Note: object permanaence related to triggers works differently in Vibes than object permanence related to act abilities. For example, if an opponent has the Barron and their own Popcorn Penguin and ices your popcorn penguin, then your Popcorn Penguin's ability still happens even though it is not in play since it was in play at the start of action time.
