Introducing Our New Open Bug Reporting Channel

Introducing Our Open Bug Reporting Channel
We're changing how bug reports work. Instead of going through closed support tickets, we're moving to an open bug reporting channel that everyone can see and contribute to — say hello to #report-a-bug.
Why the Change?
Closed tickets mean bugs get reported in a vacuum. No one else can see what's already been flagged, add their own experience, or help piece together what's going on. Opening things up means our developers can actively dig into issues with input from the whole community, not just one person's report.
How It Works
Got a bug? Head into the report-a-bug channel on our Discord server and hit New Post. Tell us:
What the bug is
Any relevant details (what you were doing when it happened, etc.)
Screenshots or card images, if you've got them
The more information you give us, the faster we can track it down and fix it. Our developers will be active in the channel, asking follow-up questions and gathering insights directly from you.
We're still fine-tuning how this channel works, so expect a few tweaks along the way. Thanks for helping us make bug squashing a team effort!
A Quick Safety Note
No one from our team will ever DM you to provide support. All bug conversations happen openly, in the channel. Be wary of anyone claiming to be support and reaching out privately. If you're ever unsure, open a support ticket instead.
Speaking of which: our support ticket system is still available for anything else you need help with, and those conversations will remain private, visible only to you and our team.

As always, thanks for vibing!
